Mission Blue Tarp — Roof Replacement Assistance Program Opening

Seminole County will begin offering assistance for homeowners in need of a roof replacement. Eligible applicants may receive a grant of up to $20,000. To apply, beginning Monday, September 21, 2026, please email your name, address, and phone number to MBT_CD@seminolecountyfl.gov. Seminole County staff will contact you to discuss your situation, go over eligibility requirements, and provide the next steps. Only the first 60 pre-applications will be accepted. Priority will be given to applications from households having members with Developmental Disabilities or a person with Special Needs as defined in Section 420.004, Florida Statues.

Pre-applications will be processed in the order they are received, subject to funding availability. Please note that the program may close without prior notice.
